Welcome to this grounding meditation.

This practice will help you focus connecting to the bio electrical energy within the body. When your mind is unfocused you can feel uneasy, restless, and uncomfortable. Grounding yourself can help you feel calm, peaceful and centred to mother Earth and your base chakra.

So make sure you are in a comfortable seat - you can sit on a chair with your feet planted on the floor without shoes or if you choose to lie down with palms facing up.
